We have recently completed a 6-month trip across the winter warm parts of North America with our kids and our RV. We left on October 16, 2004 and returned on April 15, 2005. We used this web site to keep friends and family up to-date on our travels and adventures. Here we are -- after being pulled out of the mud right after returning to Edmonton. We checked into the Whitemud Creek RV Park south of Edmonton for a few days to clean up the rig and we promptly got stuck up to our axles in mud; the only time of our trip. Carmen is just starting to write a book about our trip, so stay tuned. We are also happy to answer questions from other families looking to leave the daily grind behind for the lure of the open road. Greetings
Y'all! This is the personal web site of Carmen and Todd. We have
two fabulous children, Tomas and Victoria and live in Edmonton, Alberta,
Canada.
Tomas
had a fantastic time at Walt Disney World and surprised us by how much
he remembered from our trip there last year. He was quite
brave this year and did all the big rides (except for Space Mountain).
Tomas is learning card games and his favourite is "Match It Up!" (like
Old Maid but with no 'old maid'.
There
are days when I think that Toria was born for the beach. And if
you don't spend enough time there she will be sure to tell you.
Her clear speaking and lengthy sentences continues to surprise us.
She is also an acrobat who has tried things at the playground that you
wouldn't think possible for a 2-year old.
